Due to the current economical scenario, our Table of Fees was reduced in 20%. Therefore, the aforesaid rates already contain the mentioned discount.
The smallest time unit for an appointment is 00h10min (ten minutes).
The appointments are calculated in time lapses of 00h30min.
The groups correspond to the classification of our lawyers according to their experience and career. The work of the lawyers of groups C, D, and E may be supervised.
Flat rate services:
· Portuguese citizenship;
· Creation of companies in Portugal (On the Spot Company System and Online Company System) and Brazil;
· Certification of documents;
· Certification of translations;
· Authentication of signatures;
· Application for attribution of Portuguese citizenship;
· Application for acquisition of Portuguese citizenship;
· Application for Visas in Portugal;
· Assistance with civil registration;
· Assistance with land registration;
· Representation of parties on signing of deeds;
· Elaboration of typical contracts;
· Filing litigious divorce.
Appointments and Legal Advice
The appointments and legal advice can be performed in three different ways:
· In our offices with the presence of the lawyer and the client;
· By writing;
· By video or teleconference
Personal legal advice: fees are calculated in accordance with our hourly rates and the appointment has the minimal duration of half an hour. The price of the consultation may vary pursuant to the time spent on it. The appointments must be booked in advance through telephone or e-mail and may be subject to confirmation. The payments shall be made at our offices.
Written legal advice: can be made through e-mail against online credit card payment. The rate will vary depending on the complexity of the legal issue.
Video or teleconferences appointments: can be made from the home of the client or from one of our offices. The lawyers in Lisbon can be contacted from our offices in S. Paulo and Fortaleza. The appointments not intermediated by our offices shall be booked in advance through e-mail: info@lawrei.com.
PME services (Portuguese abbreviation for Small and Medium Companies)
Permanent assistance to small and medium companies based on a monthly rate system.
MRA offers several packages of services to small and medium companies fitting in the legal prevention strategy of each client. Bellow our table of fees:
· PME 30 – 220 € per month
· PME 50 – 375 € per month
· PME 100 – 700€ per month
· PME 200 – 1.300 € per month

To all values should be added the VAT (Value Added Tax) rate of 20%, except if the client does not live in Portugal.
Asset-based Fees
In special situations as apportionment of assets and inheritances in Portugal and Brazil, the fees can be paid in the end of the procedure and its rates established according to the value of the assets involved in the case.
