Legal advice may be provided in three different ways:

·         Appointment at one of our offices with a lawyer;

·         Written advice;

·         Video or teleconference appointments.

In the appointments at one of offices the fees are calculated according to our hourly rates table. The fees for half hour appointment may vary between 37, 5 € and 75 € depending on the seniority of the lawyer who is seeing the client. Our fees may also vary pursuant to duration of the appointment, which will compulsorily have the minimal duration of 30 minutes. The appointments must be booked in advance through telephone or e-mail, subject to confirmation, to any of our offices addresses. The payment shall be made at the offices.

The written advice may be also provided through e-mail against to the payment of the following fees:

·         Client residing in Portugal - 66 € (21% VAT included)

·         Client residing abroad - 55 €

The payments shall be made online. The written advice can answer up to three questions on the same Law subject and the lawyer has a 48 hours deadline to deliver the written answers to the queries of the client.

The videoconference or teleconference appointments may be made from any of our offices in Portugal and Brazil or from the house of the clients through SKYPE or MSN. The virtual appointments of 30 minutes must be booked in advance and there is a tolerance of 10 minutes for delays.

The payment must be prior to the appointment and made online and our fees for the half our appointment are:

·         Client residing in Portugal - 66 € (21% VAT included)

·         Client residing abroad - 55 €
