The recovery of credits is processed by a specialized department, that we call RECRED, that appeals, before the execution, to alternative ways from the Justice. In the year of 2005, the success of these ways was ciphered in 62%.
This department preferentially appeals to the alternative ways to the judiciary ones and exclusively uses digital ways for the processing of the information, which allows the permanent information of the customers about the course of their collecting.
