We are in Brazil for more than ten years with own offices in S. Paulo and in Fortaleza. We Act in Brazil through Miguel Reis & Associates firm, of the lawyers' society who is constituted according to the Brazilian laws.

Besides the juridical support to the Portuguese community, we give assistance to several Portuguese companies that invested in Brazil and to Brazilian companies that invest in Portugal, as well as to corporate entities that promote Brazilian goods and services in Europe.

The knowledge we have about Brazil and Portugal places us in a very special position for the representation of other Brazilian lawyers' societies in Portugal and of Portugal in Brazil.

Besides the direct customers we are representing now customers of many Brazilian colleagues in Portugal and of some Portuguese colleagues in Brazil.

In S. Paulo, MRA has, besides an own office, a partnership agreement with the society MPMAE - Mesquita Pereira, Marcelino, Almeida, Esteves attorneys.

In S. Paulo’s office, an attorney enrolled in the Order of the Lawyers of Portugal is enabled to certify documents and translations and to recognize signatures in documents to use in Portugal, what constitutes an interesting support instrument to the companies.

In Lisbon, two Brazilian attorneys, Drªs Elza Viana and Elaine Cardoso render juridical services as regards to Brazilian law.
